Samsung Mobile has today announced its
new touch screen mobile phone, the F490.
Available in the UK from the middle of February the slimline phone boasts a
touch sensitive 3.2", 16.9 wide screen, a five megapixel camera, support for
MicroSD cards, and offers powerful, high speed multimedia functions, the firm
said. In order to hasten downloads the F490 uses HSDPA connectivity, which
offers speeds of up to 3.6Mbps.
To improve the mobile internet experience the phone comes with a Google search engine already optimised for mobile use.
