Accountancy firm PricewaterhouseCooper, auditor of Cisco's financial accounts, told the networking giant that it is affected by its talks with the US Securities and Exchange Commission over questions about its independence as an auditor. The statement came in the same week that Cisco became the second biggest company in the world. It implies that one or more employees in the firm own stock in Cisco.
