Mobile phone operator Orange is developing a ?hyper graph mark-up language? enabling subscribers to send and receive Web images over the mobile phone. However, the project will conflict with cross-industry work on standards for sending Web data over the mobile networks, which Orange claims are graphically too limited. Orange users will be able to access full graphical Web pages at 9.6Kbps over the cellular network.
