Pizza company Domino’s has improved the efficiency of its web site service to cope with increasing sales demands.
The solution from Affiniti has optimised Domino’s web site to improve customer service.
Jane Kimberlin, IT director at Domino’s said: 'As a result of the successful implementation, our customers enjoyed an excellent and seamless online experience during traditionally very busy periods.'
Domino's online sales continue to grow to compliment the more traditional customer transactions.
Customers are ordering up to 25 per cent more when they shop online, as they have more time to browse but still enjoy an equally efficient service compared to calling the company directly or visiting their nearest branch.
Affiniti also provides Domino’s with security support online - including firewall, router and VPN configuration.
