ISPs black out Serbian services

One hundred thousand internet users in Serbia could be forced offline as US companies providing satellite links for their ISPs carry out trade sanctions and cut their service. The Serbs are currently reliant on the internet for communication. This follows recent accusations that Serbian hacking group the Black Hand attacked US Government and Albanian websites.
