Revamped IT will help MGM refocus on financial solutions for the retirement market

UK financial services company MGM Advantage has contracted ADA Technology Services to provide disaster recovery, communications and support services in a deal worth more than £1m.

The two companies have worked closely together for a number of years, with MGM now keen to consolidate previous ADA contracts into a single master service agreement. The deal is part of a wider IT modernisation plan that includes improving MGM’s online services.

MGM, formerly MGM Assurance, rebranded as MGM Advantage last month and has repositioned itself away from life assurance to focus more heavily on the market for retirement products sold largely through independent financial advisors.
