Jellycat says deploying SAP has enabled it to offer customers a better service

Soft toy company Jellycat has introduced new technology as the firm’s fast growth has meant it quickly outgrew its existing systems.

The company has implemented SAP’s Business One solution along with Accellos Warehouse Management and Amodat Mobile Sales System for SAP Business One in an effort to automate processes and get better visibility of its stock.

The firm said that it opted for SAP Business One as the solution offered advanced stock control options, such as the ability to provide real-time stock availability information to the sales team. It also offered analysis tools and a range of other features at a competitive price, according to Jellycat.

The toy company said that it has experienced improved efficiency and accuracy in order capture and stock allocation, which has enabled it to offer higher quality customer service, since implementing the technologies.
