The line-up for the ambitious Accord project to build an IT infrastructure for the DSS contains all the usual suspects. Two of the consortia are headed by EDS and ICL, partnered respectively by IBM and Andersen Consulting. The third group consists of Bull, Sema and Syntegra. The DSS hopes to name a winner in September and complete the first implementation towards the end of 1998.
