The first in-car PC has gone on sale. Priced at around $1,299 (#800), it offers e-mail, entertainment and in-car navigation, and will initially be available only on the US West Coast. The AutoPC, powered by Windows CE, slides into the dashboard. It will be voice-activated and will also be able to make phone calls.
