Proceedings from the Welsh Assembly can now be watched on the internet and an archive of debates will allow users to search by topic, date or assembly member.
Transcripts of meetings will also be available online.
"The Assembly is committed to using the most modern and inclusive methods available to help people understand, engage and participate in Welsh democracy, " said Peter Black AM, commissioner for the Assembly and the Citizen.
The Assembly launched a new web site last year with virtual assembly tours, video biographies of assembly members, e-petitions, email alerts and a discussion forum.
The systems are hosted by eLINIA.
