Furnishing group Ikea is introducing a 3D planning tool to allow space customisation with its products over the web.
With the new offering, Ikea’s customers will be able to change room settings and products, including colour and size, and also covers marketing and merchandising.
The company is introducing the new service as part of a set of initiatives intended to improve its online shopping channel. It is understood that the tool, provided by 20-20 Technologies, will be simple to use and requires “little to no learning curve.”
