What male IT workers are really thinking

In his letter regarding your recent article on gender imbalance in IT (International Women’s Day highlights IT’s failings), Martin Brooks asks: “Is it simply that more men are interested in IT than women?” (Positive discrimination is not the answer). A survey among my colleagues suggests that most men in IT have a far greater interest in women.
