The Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) recently published a report designed to give firms advice on how to design privacy into their information systems from the beginning, thus improving data protection.
The Privacy by Design report highlights the importance for chief executives to ensure that privacy concerns are clearly addressed in any business case for new IT systems.
