Formerly
chief technology officer at Egg, Robin Young led the integration of the online
bank with Citigroup after its purchase in 2007. As well as looking after the IT
agenda, a significant part of the job entailed developing the consolidated team
– a task that took half of Young’s time.
Computing senior reporter Angelica Mari talked to Young about his work in developing technology staff into top leadership during his 18-month tenure at the financial services giant.
