In the second and last part of his interview, JP Rangaswami, managing director for strategy and innovation at BT Design gives his opinion on technologies that will gain momentum in financial services, such as cloud computing and Web 2.0 tools.
Prior to joining BT, Rangaswami was global chief information officer at investment bank Dresdner Kleinwort Wasserstein, where he championed the use ofcommunity-based development methods and practices such as wikis and blogs to capture staff knowledge.
At his current role, his job includes designing, building and implementing BT's IT, as well as business processes to provide products to customers over the telecoms giant's 21CN next-generation network.
