Since starting as chief technology officer (CTO) at online gambling firm Betfair in January, Tony McAlister has spearheaded a radical change in how the online gambling firm sources and manages its IT talent.
In this video, he talks about his global sourcing strategy, the introduction of a "dual-ladder" career development scheme and how he is planning to redress the gender balance within his department.
