Two of the UK's leading outsourcing experts discuss the latest trends - part two of a two-part video interview
Computing editor Bryan Glick talks to Mark Kobayashi-Hillary, director of the National Outsourcing Association, and Dr Richard Sykes, a board member at technology trade association Intellect.
Kobayashi-Hillary and Sykes are co-authors of the book Global services: Moving to a level playing field, which has become something of a standard text for IT leaders considering the potential for offshore outsourcing.
The two experts discuss how new entrants to the market are providing competition for the Indian IT services giants, and what effect cloud computing and software as a service are having on the outsourcing market.
