More evidence that kids are using technology to prepare themselves more effectively for their working lives. In British Columbia, Canada, research into Vancouver’s little monsters has shown that 25-30 per cent of youth report that they have experienced or taken part in cyberbullying, compared to 12 per cent of youth who say they’ve experienced or taken part in schoolyard bullying. That’s quite a leap in productivity, thanks to communications technology. Evidence is that they’re also managing to keep up their standards in pretending they didn’t do anything wrong, with respondents claiming that 95 per cent of incidents were just a bit of a joke. Middle management beckons.
