The Hansapank bank is embroiled in controversy over the security of its Telehansa remote-banking service. Computer specialists claim the 128-bit encryption can be broken in minutes, as it is generated from a short-user password. Hansapank denies the allegation, claiming that the method of key generation is far more complex: 'We use our own methods for generating the key, which we're not going to make public.'
