Jemma McLay-Fortune has been appointed by Jarrold Office Equipment to spearhead development of its software training division in East Anglia. McLay-Fortune was previously human resources manager at Norwich Sports Village.

Artemis Management Systems, supplier of project management software and services, has made Rob Legge its UK general manager. He will lead a 50-strong team developing the company?s business strategy in the UK. Prior to this role, Legge was sales manager.
