The IT industry has always had a reputation for spawning companies with sad ideas in the naming convention department. The latest entry into is no exception.
US healthcare vendor Phamis insists on its name being pronounced 'Famous', and duly called its product Last Word.
Backbytes felt this particular oddity in the naming stakes scored highly on the 'oh dear' scale.
It's also a moniker that's just itching to come back and haunt the company if it runs into any trouble.
