The supplier signed 130 new customers from a range of private industries and the public sector in the past year, giving them consultancy, project management and technical support in one
complete solution. Its digital dictation system is the most widely adopted of its kind.

Eg Solutions
Eg is a software applications company that develops products for customer service operations centres in the financial industry. Its software is scalable and improves customer service, quality and productivity, while reducing workload and removing bottlenecks. It reduced staffing and operational costs at insurance provider Norwich Union by 10 per cent.
