We asked for smoking stories: not all you oppressed puffers are as lucky as Geoff Doubleday, IT director at Nomura, whose addiction is so strong that he made getting his own office - in which he can light up at will - a condition of employment there.
Unfortunately, not everything goes well for Doubleday's habit. He missed Tibco's annual California bash this year. Reason: he can no longer find a transatlantic flight that takes smokers.
