Hayes, the come-back kid of the modem business, has appointed Marshall Toplansky as its Vice-president of Marketing. Toplansky previously did the same job for US Robotocs and most recently was founder and CEO of Core Strategies, a consultancy directed at developing fast growth sales and marketing strategies for technology companies.
