part of Computing's
Tomorrow's IT Leaders campaign, we
talk to the UK's top chief information officers (CIOs) to get their views on the
role of IT leaders and how this will change in the post-recession world.
Keith Young has worked at Standard Life for 22 years and has led the
company's technology agenda as IT director since 2001. He will retire at the end
of this year.
In this video, he talks to Angelica Mari and Colin Beveridge, chairman at The
Better Practice Forum about the the firm's success in developing its technology
workforce under his mandate.
