Yes - Samsung didn't do enough to differentiate its designs from its rivals, and it has to pay the price.

Partly - Samsung definitely infringed some Apple patents, but the reverse is also true, and the US jury showed local bias in failing to recognise that.

No - You shouldn't be able to patent a rectangle with rounded edges. The decision was a travesty.
