Convenience store operator Martin McColl has signed a £19m licensing deal with Torex to provide point-of-sale (POS) software across its shops.
The eight-year contract includes implementation of the POS systems with additional functionality such as online account management for customers, back-office support and CCTV integration.
"The software will deliver real and measurable business improvements across our estate, increase the productivity of our stores and enhance the overall customer experience," said finance director Jonathan Miller.
Torex will also provide hardware and software support services.
