Nottingham Community Housing Association (NCHA) has established an IP network to handle all its communications through a single system.
The network will support the association's growth and generate infrastructure cost savings.
NCHA will use the ntl:Telewest Business supplied network to set up a new IP call centre system, allowing agents to monitor calls, and keep records.
An IP network was the only way forward for NCHA says Robert Moorey, the association's IT manager.
'Not only will the improve our communication processes with staff and customers, but also save a lot of money. The more we save, the more houses we can build,' he said.
