EDF Energy has signed a £3m four year deal for an IT-based promotional mail-handling service.
The energy company, which distributes power to 7.8 million homes in London and south-east England, will use the system to send out approximately 30,000 mailing packs per week.
Richard O'Brien, marketing operations manager, EDF Energy says the deal will help the company communicate effectively with the public.
'Nova Direct Mail has proven that it can deliver on whatever we ask of them but also go that extra mile to proactively suggest new ways of improving processes,' he said.
Under the deal EDF Energy will be able to send orders to Nova, who stock all the blank pre-printed stationery, controlled by a computerised storage location program.
The packs are collated using bespoke computer programs which monitor, track and report on the each element in the process.
