Yorkshire Water will replace its core administration systems with a £5 million SAP R/3 system from SAP integrator Team 121 next April. The utility will implement Integrated Business Systems - a SAP module including financial, purchasing, human resources systems and self-service applications - and a new module combining elements of plant maintenance and service management. 'SAP had the best vision for the future in terms of systems,' said Yorkshire Water's systems development manager, Dave Murphy.
