Don Cruickshank, chairman of government year 2000 compliance body Action 2000, was set to criticise water companies for falling behind at this week's National Infrastructure Forum, which planned to rate UK infrastructure companies for year 2000 compliance. Separately, the Financial Services Authority said all financial institutions have improved their readiness.
