Elan IT

Elan IT has built up a presence in 18 countries around the world, expanding into nine more in 2007/08. Acquired by Manpower in 2000, Elan has achieved year-on-year growth in revenue and placed 3,500 personnel in new positions in 2006.

First People Solutions Group

First People Solutions Group (FPSG) expects to see turnover reach £49m this year, following 150 per cent growth between 2005 and 2006. FPSG was rated in the top 0.6 per cent of agencies in the UK this year by an independent report.

Highams

Highams Group chief executive Dave Pye is set to take the company into the European market, to source and place exceptional IT professionals. Staff retention at Highams is impressive and 87 per of candidates are still with Highams’ clients two years after being placed.

LA International

Recognised as a top five public sector recruitment consultancy, LA International’s client portfolio also includes 90 per cent of FTSE-listed companies. LA has eight specialist divisions across a range of market sectors, structured to accommodate customer demand.

ReThink Recruitment

ReThink Recruitment was formed in 2005 as part of the ReThink Group and now has 70 experienced IT consultants across London, Bristol, Birmingham and Manchester. Turnover is expected to reach £27.1m this year, compared with £12.9m in 2006.

Rullion Computer Personnel

Over the last three years, Rullion Computer Personnel achieved a 51 per cent growth in sales and has over 60 framework agreements. As well as offering traditional IT recruitment services, Rullion Elite has now been formed to target senior IT interim professionals.

Spring Technology

In the past year, Spring Technology has placed 1,500 candidates in permanent positions and has more than 4,200 IT professionals on fee-earning assignments. Spring Technology holds 13.8 per cent of the revenue of the dominant 50 companies in the market.

Greythorn

A recent survey revealed that 100 per cent of Greythorn’s candidates were satisfied with the advice they received from the company, and would recommend its services. Greythorn is committed to ethical business practices and has achieved Investors in People accreditation.
