FrostFrench updates management system

Technology will handle stock management and web operations

Written by Angelica Mari

Fashion label FrostFrench is using retail management technology to consolidate its back office operations.

The system will manage web fulfilment, third party distribution and stock flows.

"We are now able to hold historical stock data, which I see as a key factor in assessing performance,”"said FrostFrench merchandising manager Howard Johnston.

"It is now possible to pre-date price changes so that once a decision is made we can quickly pull off a report and give it to the store, so the changes are quickly actioned," he said.

The software was provided by Futura.
